Fernanda Martins
CEO, Designer, Fernanda has a mission to drive inclusion as a competitive strategy and implement disruptive technologies for digital transformation. We drive partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, making a positive impact on organisations and individuals by focusing on cultivating a workplace culture of inclusion and belonging, and facilitating sustainable changes. Additionally, Fernanda founded Surdo para Surdo, an adaptive bilingual education platform in sign language, with technologies to support literacy and private online lessons with deaf tutors. As CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), sign language was her first language and her mission is to bring inclusion as a competitive strategy aligned with better opportunities for everyone.

As a skilled and results-oriented Software Engineer, the last years he has been studying and implementing disruptive technologies for digital transformation, including chatbots, artificial intelligence, big data and analytics. More than ten years of experience in software development, using agile methodologies and developing technologies that solves real problems.
